observer: Name of observer
Each ELODIE observing session and associated reduction was conducted
after logging into the Sun workstation with an account name assigned by OHP,
usually following the observer's (or PI's) last name.
However, some observations are associated with an observer named "quidam", an anonymous
and unpriviledged account, normally used for tests.
This archive is actively maintained. We thus welcome feedback from the user
to help us detect anomalies and improve the website.
