targetpos: Target catalog coordinates
The coordinates for the target given in the FITS headers
are extracted either (i) from the catalog prepared beforehand by the observer
or (ii) from the values entered manually by the observer immediately prior
to making an exposure. These coordinates were used by the TACOS reduction
software to calculate the barycentric velocity correction. Proper motion
values were needed for very accurate results on fast-moving stars.
In case the difference between catalog and telescope coordinates was larger
than 1m45s a warning was issued in the reduction window.
